METAL BELLOWS COUPLING, BKM SERIES, TORSIONALLY STIFF DESIGN WITH CLAMPING HUB, 200NM RATED TORQUE, 59MM LENGTH, PLEASE SPECIFY D1 AND D2 (BORE DIAMETERS, RANGING FROM 24MM TO 35MM), STAINLESS STEEL BELLOWS. These bearing is a high-performance, backlash-free bellows coupling from the BKM series. It is specifically engineered for high-precision applications requiring extreme torsional stiffness and a compact design, such as torque sensors and industrial test benches. The coupling is designed to be maintenance-free and wear-resistant for an infinite service life if operated within its technical limits. Consists of two clamping hubs concentrically mounted to a flexible metal bellows. This structure allows the coupling to compensate for lateral, axial, and angular shaft misalignment with minimal restoring forces. Material: Bellows are made of high-grade stainless steel; hubs for this series (up to 400) are typically made of aluminum.
