It features a specialty flush-ring insert, making it highly effective for light-duty machinery, agricultural equipment, and conveyors with tight clearances. The outer ring of the insert is ground into a convex spherical shape. It matches a concave socket inside the pressed-steel flange, creating a true universal swivel joint that corrects machine framing or shaft alignment errors up to 0.030 radians. Material : The unit is made of a high-purity, through-hardened carbon chromium steel bearing insert housed within a lightweight, zinc-plated mild pressed steel frame.
