The RHP SCHB is a high-capacity Self-Lube Cast Iron Hanger Bearing Unit engineered by RHP. It is specifically designed to support overhead suspended shafts, line shafts, screw conveyors, and industrial material handling systems. The unit consists of a high-grade rigid cast iron housing paired with a pre-lubricated, replaceable ball bearing insert. The outer perimeter of the insert is curved (spherical). It matches the internal contour of the iron casing, allowing the unit to self-align and automatically accommodate minor structural shaft deflections or angular misalignment. Material : High-tensile grey cast iron housing for structural vibration-dampening paired with a high-purity chrome steel internal bearing for rolling-fatigue resistance.
