The RHP NP...EC is a metric, two-bolt cast iron pillow block housed bearing unit engineered by RHP. It belongs to the acclaimed Self-Lube®, characterized by its modular design, pre-lubricated internals, and capability to accommodate initial housing misalignment during installation. The defining attribute of this specific model is its EC-type locking mechanism, which utilizes an eccentric collar over a short, flush inner ring to deliver high-torque shaft security under uni-directional rotations. A rigid, single-piece structure manufactured from high-tensile grey iron. It incorporates two slotted bolt holes at the base for flexible horizontal positioning during alignment. Material : A high-tensile grey cast iron housing containing a through-hardened, vacuum-degassed carbon chromium steel bearing insert. Features are : Misalignment Compensation, Reduced Stress, Internal Lubrication Groove, Super-Finished Raceways, Replaceable Insert.
