Details

The MFC RHP is a heavy-duty, four-bolt round flanged cartridge bearing unit engineered by RHP Bearings. It belongs to the Self-Lube family of mounted bearings, specifically built to support rotating shafts passing through walls, bulkheads, or frame structures. The MFC series is the round, circular flange on the back of the casting. It includes a raised, concentric register step (the spigot). The design relieves the four mounting bolts from carrying heavy radial shear loads, instead channeling the physical forces directly into the framework. Material : A rugged BS1452 grey cast iron housing fitted with a through-hardened high-carbon chromium steel ball bearing insert. Features are : Spherical Self-Alignment Capability, Pre-Lubricated Assembly, High-Speed Stability, Anti-Rotation Pin, Locking Mechanics & Shaft Interfacing, Low Thermal Conductivity.
