The RHP FC is a normal-duty, four-bolt round flanged cartridge bearing unit manufactured by RHP. This assembly consists of a precision-ground, spherical insert bearing seated inside a rigid cast iron housing. It is specifically engineered to support rotating shafts that pass through vertical or horizontal machine walls or bulkheads, where space is tight and precise cylindrical alignment is mandatory. This locates directly into a round machine cutout, taking the heavy radial alignment forces off the mounting bolts. Material : Through-hardened high-carbon chromium steel insert bearing seated inside a rugged, vibration-dampening cast iron housing. Features are : Spherical Self-Alignment, Shock Resistance, Secure Shaft Locking System, Super-Finished Raceways, High/Low-Temperature Adaptability, Low-Friction Profile, Maximum Limiting Speed, Re-lubrication Infrastructure.
