The BT... EC RHP is a heavy-duty, self-lubricating cast iron conveyor belt tensioner unit. This self-lube mechanical bearing component is built to facilitate precise tracking alignment and maintain optimal pressure across heavy belt systems. The unit is composed of a rigid cast iron housing shaped with integrated guide grooves, allowing it to slide smoothly along a tracking frame or guide rails. Inside the housing rests a self-aligning, premium steel ball bearing insert. This allows the unit to tolerate minor structural misalignments without sacrificing performance. Material : A heavy-duty, vibration-damping cast iron housing paired with a high-carbon, through-hardened chromium steel bearing insert.
