The RHP is a premium, high-performance Self-Lube ball bearing insert manufactured by RHP. It features a spherical outer ring, a grub screw locking mechanism, and a specialized triple-lip seal (T) assembly on both sides. This insert is specifically engineered for severe-duty industrial, waste-treatment, and agricultural applications where heavy contamination, moisture, and debris are constantly present. Material : High-purity, through-hardened carbon-chromium bearing steel paired with heavy-duty nitrile rubber triple seals bonded to rigid steel shrouds. Features are : Misalignment Correction, Stress Reduction, Vibration Resistance, Super-Finished Raceways, Anti-Rotation Pin Slot, Extended Thermal Operating Range, Built-In Re-lubrication Groove, Locking Mechanism, Friction and Speed Profile.
