The RHP is a heavy-duty, Self-Lube ball bearing insert engineered by RHP. Unlike standard "Self-Lube" inserts that use a spherical outer ring to accommodate misalignment, the 1100 series features a cylindrical (parallel) outer ring. This design provides rigid, tight-tolerance seating inside specific machine bores or specialized parallel housings. Material : It is made from through-hardened, high-carbon chromium steel (typically SAE 52100) for maximum wear resistance and structural strength under heavy loads.
