Unlike standard units, the R0535 series features a reinforced housing and cover, making it suitable for environments where loads may be dropped or slammed onto the conveyor surface. Features a hardened ball cup that acts as a raceway for a multitude of small supporting balls. As the large load ball rotates, these supporting balls roll against the cup, ensuring smooth, omnidirectional movement. Material : Reinforcing ring and supporting ring galvanized, other parts made from corrosion-resistant steel. Balls made from 1.3541 / 1.4034 with 7 bottom holes and a felt seal to 150 ℃.
