(BALL SIZE 15.875MM). These bearing is a specialized Ball Transfer Unit (BTU) designed for the smooth, multi-directional movement of sensitive loads. Unlike standard steel units, this model uses a plastic (PA66) load ball, making it ideal for materials that cannot be scratched or marked, such as glass, polished metals, or electronic components. It uses a multitude of small supporting balls that roll against the ball cup as the large load ball rotates, ensuring minimal friction. These internal components keep the supporting balls in their optimal path, maintaining consistent performance even under varying loads. Material : Load balls made from PA66. All parts galvanized. Balls made from corrosion resistant steel 1.3541 / 1.4034 with dry felt seal.
