RBC - SJMF10012080BSL | Bushings And Plain Bearings | 100 × 120 × 80 mm

Details

RBC SJMF10012080BSL is a bushings and plain bearings with inner diameter 100 mm, outer diameter 120 mm and length 80 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL and lubrication STANDARD.

The SJMF...BSL is a heavy-duty, maintenance-free, self-lubricating flanged solid journal bushing. It is engineered as an oil-less alternative to traditional metal-to-metal bushings, combining high structural strength with integrated graphite solid plug lubricants to eliminate the need for manual lubrication. The core base structure of the bushing is cast from a premium copper-zinc alloy (Manganese Bronze), providing high static load capacity, rigidity, and resistance to corrosion or deformation under extreme force. The surface of the inner bore and flanged thrust face is embedded with proprietary solid graphite plug lubricants. As the shaft rotates against the bushing, a microscopic film of dry graphite is distributed across the contact zone, continuously minimizing friction without grease. Features are : Bidirectional Motion Compatibility, Shock & Vibration Absorption, Extreme Temperature Range, Low Starting Torque, Uniform Performance Lifespan. Applications : Material Handling & Lifting Equipment, Agricultural & Off-Highway Machinery, Construction & Earthmoving Equipment, Aerospace & Defense, Medical, Pharmaceutical & Laboratory Equipment, Textile and Paper Mills, Energy, Power Generation, and Infrastructure. B=Bronze Substrate, SL=Self-Lubricating.
