PTI - SWG 60 U | Insert Bearing With Housing | 60 × 140 × 60 × 150 mm

Details

PTI SWG 60 U is an insert bearing with housing with inner diameter 60 mm, outer diameter 140 mm, width 60 mm and length 150 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL, seal YES, cage YES and lubrication STANDARD.

BEARING NO= UC 212, THREAD=M16. The SWG...U is a highly rigid, short-base (tapped base) pillow block plummer block housing unit. Unlike standard wide-foot pillow blocks that secure from the top via two slotted ears, the "SWG" type uses a compact, tapped-bolt housing footprint. It is specifically engineered for confined machinery layout spaces where robust cast-iron support is mandatory. The internal insert mimics a deep-groove radial ball bearing, featuring deep, unbroken raceway grooves. This specific geometry allows the unit to handle combined radial loads and moderate axial (thrust) loads in either direction. Material : The housing is constructed from heavy-duty gray cast iron (GG20), and the internal bearing insert is made of high-carbon chromium steel (GCr15). Features are : Integrated Re-lubrication Port, Anti-Rotation Locking Pin, Super-Finished Raceways, Operational Temperatures, Extended Inner Ring Bearing Insert, Grub Screw (Set Screw) Locking, Reducing Internal Friction. Applications : Conveyor Systems & Material Handling, Food Processing & Agricultural Machinery, Textile Manufacturing Equipment, Printing & Paper Processing Presses, Mining, Quarrying & Construction Machinery. U=Set-Screw Locking System.
