HPJE SERIES OSBORN is a track roller or support roller with cylindrical rollers. These rolling elements combine a high load capacity with reasonable shock resistance. The HPJE SERIES Osborn has a full complement design. Full complement track rollers are also more shock-resistant than track rollers with a cage. The maximum rotational speed is lower than that of caged variants. Common applications of track rollers include conveyor systems, linear guidance systems, and cam mechanisms. The OSBORN charge roller with eccentric flanged bolt is used for radial and axial loads. It has vertical adjustment and is easy to install.
