NMB MJFC20 is a bushings and plain bearings with inner diameter 20 mm and outer diameter 24 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL and lubrication STANDARD.

The MJFC flange-type bushing is a high-precision, standardized mechanical component equipped with an integrated mounting flange. The solid, precision-machined flange provides a built-in mechanical reference point, acting as an immovable end-stop when pressed into a housing sleeve. This design allows the assembly to efficiently withstand cyclic axial thrust loading without shifting, walking, or distorting alignment during rapid reverse strokes. The outer cylinder wall thickness is optimized to minimize structural deformation; even under extreme interference press-fits into cast iron or steel structural plates, the nominal inner diameter preserves its precise geometric cylindricity. Materia l: Premium SUJ2 high-carbon chromium bearing steel or martensitic stainless steel (SUS440C equivalent), hardened to 58–64 HRC for maximum wear resistance and prevention of inner track deformation. Features are : Ultra-Low Noise Resin Retainers, Thermal Expansion Resilience, Self-Centering and Alignment, Lubricant Retention, Integrated Anti-Rotation Pins, and Moment Load Stability.
