THREAD=M20X1.5. The SPHS bearing is a metric, female-threaded stainless steel rod end bearing designed for superior corrosion resistance in demanding industrial environments. It is primarily used in washdown applications, such as food and beverage processing, where standard steel bearings would fail due to moisture or chemical exposure. Material : Crafted from 440C stainless steel, heat-treated to a minimum hardness of HRC56 and precision ground/polished for high wear resistance. The housing made from SUS304 stainless steel, which provides robust structural integrity and resistance to oxidation. Uses a Steel/Brass interface (stainless steel ball against a brass race). Features are : High Load Ratings, Vibration Resistance, Operational Reliability, Relubricatable, Self-Aligning Capability.
