The SK...ES bearing is a heavy-duty, weldable hydraulic rod end bearing designed for extreme industrial environments. It is a metric-sized component consisting of a weldable carbon steel housing and a high-performance GE 70 ES spherical plain bearing, specifically engineered for welding onto hydraulic cylinder rods or piston bases. Material : The housing is made of weldable carbon steel featuring a 45° welding chamfer to facilitate a strong bond with the cylinder rod. The internal bearing rings are made from GCr15 bearing steel. Inner ring heat-treated to HRC 58-64 for extreme hardness and the outer ring heat-treated to HRC 54-60.
