The SGE...ET-2RS bearing is a high-performance stainless steel radial spherical plain bearing. It is a maintenance-free, self-lubricating component designed for heavy radial and combined loads in environments where corrosion resistance is critical. The outer race is intentionally single-fractured to allow for the assembly of the inner ball. While this may cause the bearing to appear slightly out-of-round before installation, its precise circularity is restored once it is pressed into a housing. Material : The inner ball is typically made from 440C stainless steel (heat-treated and precision ground), while the outer ring uses 304 stainless steel with PTFE fabric liner.
