The SCOS series, it is constructed entirely from stainless steel, making it specifically suited for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and self-lubrication. Unlike simpler two-piece designs, the SCOS uses a three-piece structure (housing, race, and ball), which typically provides a more stable sliding contact and better handles oscillating movements. Material : The internal ball is crafted from 440 stainless steel, which is heat-treated to a minimum hardness of HRC56, precision ground, and polished for smooth rotation. The body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a turned surface finish, providing high resistance to oxidation and chemical exposure.
