THREAD=M20x1.5. The NCOS bearing is a high-precision, three-piece metric rod end bearing designed for heavy-duty, maintenance-free operation. It is characterized by its self-lubricating "Steel-on-Nylon" sliding contact surface and a robust chromoly steel housing, making it a preferred choice for applications subject to high static and dynamic loads, such as 4x4 off-road steering links and industrial machinery. Material : The housing made from chromoly steel (alloy steel), which is heat-treated, polished, and hard chrome-plated. The inner ring made from GCr15 bearing steel (AISI 52100 equivalent), heat-treated to HRC 56–64, precision ground, and chromium-plated.
