The GAC..T bearing is a metric, maintenance-free angular contact spherical plain bearing designed to handle combined radial and axial loads. It features a self-lubricating design with a PTFE fabric liner, making it suitable for applications where regular lubrication is difficult or impossible. Material : Both the inner and outer rings are made from GCr15 bearing steel, hardened to HRC 58-64 for maximum structural integrity. The outer ring is manganese phosphated to prevent rust, while the inner ring's sliding surface is hard chrome plated to reduce friction and wear.
