Neutral - COLLAR-65-ZP-SINGLE-SPLIT | Shaft Collars & Couplings | 65 × 93 × 19 mm

Details

Neutral COLLAR-65-ZP-SINGLE-SPLIT is a shaft collars & couplings with inner diameter 65 mm, outer diameter 93 mm and width 19 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL and lubrication STANDARD.

THREAD=M8x25. A coller is a Zinc-Plated Single-Split Shaft Locking Collar. These are mechanical components primarily used to position components on shafts, serve as mechanical stops, or locate bearings, pulleys, and sprockets in power transmission systems. Specifies the architectural design style of the clamp. Rather than utilizing a traditional set screw that bites directly into the metal of the shaft (which causes scoring, burrs, and shaft damage), a Single-Split (or One-Piece Clamping) mechanism is split along one side. An integrated cap screw is used to tighten the collar, allowing it to flex slightly and wrap uniformly around the shaft. Material : The material is high-tensile carbon steel with a zinc-plated (ZP) surface finish. Features are : Non-Marring Clamping Force, High Adjustability & Maintenance Efficiency, Axial Dynamic Load Capacity, Operational Temperature Range, Compact Footprint (Low Mass Enclosure), High rotational Balance, High Load-to-Volume Ratio. Applications : Medical Devices & Laboratory Equipment, Packaging & Labeling, Textile Equipment, Printing Press Components, Aerospace, Defense & Optical Systems, Semiconductor Manufacturing & Cleanrooms.
