THREAD=M8x25. A Collar zinc plated double-split (two-piece clamp-style) shaft collar. The collar separates completely into two distinct halves. This allows you to install, adjust, or replace the collar at any point along a shaft without needing to strip down adjoining gears, pulleys, or assemblies. Unlike primitive set-screw collars that bite into metal, this collar uses a clamp-on style via two integrated cap screws. It distributes high-strength radial tension evenly around the entire 360° perimeter of the shaft, ensuring zero surface scoring, flattening, or damage. Because it splits fully down both sides, tightening the two opposing cap screws pulls both halves perfectly square against the shaft.
