THREAD=M16. The TP-SUCPA bearing unit is a corrosion-resistant, thermoplastic pillow block bearing, designed for use in demanding hygienic and corrosive environments like food processing. The TP-SUCPA202 is a thermoplastic housing series, which is specifically engineered for applications with frequent washdowns and exposure to harsh chemicals. The housing is made of reinforced PBT thermoplastic, while the bearing insert, seals, and zerk fittings are made of stainless steel (SUS materials) for maximum resistance to rust, frequent washdowns. Features are : Hygienic Compliance, Self-Aligning Ability, Vibration Damping and Noise Reduction, Thermal Insulation, Reinforced Mounting Holes, Self-Lubricating Properties, Food-Grade Lubrication and Sealing.
