The SSUET bearing is a stainless steel take-up bearing unit, specifically engineered for corrosive, high-moisture, or hygienic environments. It combines a stainless steel take-up housing with a specialized concentric locking bearing insert to provide adjustable shaft tensioning and superior rust resistance. Material: A wide-slot take-up housing made from quality austenitic 300 series (SUS 304) stainless steel. Both inner and outer rings and the rolling elements are constructed from 400 series martensitic stainless steel (SUS 440) for high strength and durability. The retainer, slinger, frame, and grease nipple are also made from stainless steel (typically SUS 201 or 304). Features are : Wide-Slot Mounting, NSF Food-Grade Grease, Relubricatable Design, Self-Alignment, Vibration Mitigation, Shaft Protection, Easy Maintenance, Take-Up Functionality, Temperature Resilience.
