The SSUCT bearing is a stainless steel take-up bearing unit designed for use in environments requiring high corrosion resistance. It is a take-up bearing unit, meaning it is designed to be mounted in a guide frame and uses a positioning screw to adjust the bearing's position and maintain proper belt or chain tension in applications like conveyor systems. The bearing insert uses two grub (set) screws for secure and precise shaft mounting. Material : The housing is made from SUS304 stainless steel, and the inner/outer rings and balls of the insert bearing are made from SUS440 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance. The insert features silicone rubber seals for effective protection against dust and contamination.
