Details

Neutral SS-SBLF201-8 is an insert bearing with housing with inner diameter 12.70 mm, outer diameter 56 mm, width 25.50 mm and length 81 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL, seal YES, cage YES and lubrication STANDARD.

BEARING INSERT=SS-SB201-8, HOUSING=SS-LF201. The SS-SBLF is a light-duty, two-bolt flanged bearing unit engineered explicitly for applications requiring exceptional corrosion resistance and hygiene. Unlike standard cast-iron mounted blocks, the "SS" prefix designates a full stainless steel assembly built to thrive in harsh environments. Pre-lubricated with FDA-approved food-grade grease, making it perfect for regulated washdown environments. Employs an optimized narrow inner ring equipped with a set screw locking mechanism (grub screws). The set screws clamp perpendicularly onto the shaft to eliminate any axial slipping. Material : Manufactured from high-grade, corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel housing, an AISI 420C stainless steel bearing insert, and nitrile rubber (NBR) dual-lip contact seals backed by stainless steel flingers. Features are : Anti-Rotation Pin, Interchangeable Modular Design, Wide Temperature Resilience, Smooth Surface Finish, Non-Magnetic Properties, Vibration Damping Properties. Applications : Food & Beverage Processing Machinery, Pharmaceuticals, Cleanrooms & Chemical Plants, Agriculture, Harvesting & Farming Equipment, Semiconductor Processing Tools, Printing, Packaging, & Converting Systems, Waste Water Management & Environmental Filtration.
