THREAD=M12. The SBFW bearing is a two-bolt flange bearing unit consisting of an light-duty ball bearing insert mounted in a cast-iron housing. It is designed for applications requiring a compact, self-aligning bearing with a narrow inner ring. Material : The inner ring made from high-carbon chromium steel (Gcr15/AISI52100). The rings are hardened to HRC 59-65, while the balls reach HRC 61-66 for maximum wear resistance. The housing made from HT200 cast grey iron, providing high strength and vibration damping. Features are : High-Torque Locking, High Load-to-Size Ratio, Easy Mounting, Convenient Relubrication, Quiet Operation, Noise and Vibration Testing.
