THREAD=M8. The SAPFTD bearings is a light-duty, two-bolt flange bearing unit designed for compact machinery and light industrial applications. It is characterized by its ductile iron housing and an eccentric locking collar mechanism, which provides a more secure hold on the shaft than standard set screws for single-direction rotations. Material : Both the inner and outer rings are made from GCr15 high-chrome steel (AISI 52100), heat-treated to a hardness of HRC 59–65 for maximum wear life. The housing made from QT450 Ductile Iron, which provides high strength under impact loads compared to standard cast iron.
