THREAD=IV16. The SAFCT bearing is a three-bolt flange-mounted bearing unit. It consists of an insert bearing (eccentric locking collar type) mounted within a light-duty, thrree-bolt ductile iron housing. Material : The inner ring made of Gcr15 (AISI52100) high-carbon chromium steel for the inner and outer rings. It uses G10 grade steel balls and a steel cage retainer. The housing made from QT450 ductile iron, which provides higher strength and better shock resistance than standard grey cast iron. It is typically finished in a dark green paint. Features are : Self-Alignment Capability, High-Speed Capability, Wide Temperature Range, Shaft Longevity, Vibration Dampening.
