Details

Neutral LFLPL202SSN is a thermoplastic bearing mounting units with inner diameter 15 mm, outer diameter 56 mm and length 81 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL, seal YES, cage YES and lubrication STANDARD.

BEARING INSERT=SS-SB202, HOUSING=LFLPL202, THREAD=M6. The LFLPL....SSN is a small, two-bolt flanged thermoplastic bearing assembly. This design is optimized for machinery frames where mounting space is perpendicular to the shaft axis but limited vertically or horizontally. It comes in a solid white color to easily visually spot biological matter or dirt contamination. It lacks the hollow crevices found in basic cast-iron units, preventing the growth of bacteria or mold. Material : The housing is made of glass-reinforced, solid white Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) thermoplastic paired with a 304 stainless steel grease fitting. Features are : Lightweight Efficiency, Anti-Rotation Layout, Self-Aligning Internal Structure, Wide Thermal Operating Range, Integrated Maintenance Channel, Vibration and Impact Dampening, Food-Grade Pre-Lubrication, Zero Moisture Absorption. Applications : Food & Beverage Processing, Material Handling & Logistics, Medical, Chemicals, & Pharmaceutical Production, Agricultural Machinery & Crop Processing, Waste Management & Wastewater Treatment, Textile, Carpet, and Dye Processing.
