Forklift bearing is used to guide for linear movement of forklift truck’s mast. It is a core part of the mast and has a role of guide and retain movable fork carriage to mast. It is designed to special bearing for withstand repeated extreme impacts and heavy radial load in harsh environments. Special designed thicker outer ring, closed-die forged materials and bearing-exclusive case hardening heat treatment makes more impact resistance and durability. these guide the leaf chain that raises & lowers the mast. The bearings are usually flanged like a pulley to ensure the chain is captive.These bearings guide chains through a profiled channel or groove as the forklift masts ascend and descend during operation.
