Details

The MI is an precision-ground needle roller bearing inner ring (inner race) engineered for heavy-duty industrial power transmission. It functions as a separable component for machined race needle roller bearings, allowing the inner ring to be mounted directly onto a shaft where the shaft itself cannot be hardened or ground to function as a raceway. Material : Manufactured from premium AISI 52100 high-carbon chrome steel. This provides optimal core toughness and resistance to fatigue under deep cyclic loads. Features are : Integrated Lubrication Architecture, Shaft Protection, Axial Displacement Allowance, High Concentricity, Low Start-Up Torque, Vibration Damping Profile, Misalignment Tolerance.
