The CAMROL bearing series MCFD Metric bearings, which provide greater basic dynamic load ratings by utilizing cylindrical rollers in place of standard needle rollers. This construction allows the bearings to take heavier axial loading. MCFD = Heavy Duty Cam Follower Metric Size, X = Cylindrical OD, Screw Driver slot, Metal Seals on Both Side. The cylindrical OD can improve performance in certain applications such as improved track capacity by maximizing the contact area with the track. Cylindrical OD is standard for Inch Series. Cylindrical OD is and option for Metric Series. A screw-driver slot is provided at the flanged end of the stud for the purpose of preventing the stud from turning when the nut is tightened. Black oxide finish on all exposed surfaces for maximum corrosion resistance. All bearings also available with a cylindrical outside diameter instead of the standard 500mm crown radius. Lubri-DiscSeal provides protection against contaminants and loss of lubricant, reduces internal bearing friction -increases bearing life and improves performance.
