Details

The MCF-A bearing is the stud cam follower in metric sizes with Asian standard dimensions. The crowned outer diameter helps reduce stress concentrations when there is slight misalignment or track deformation. Full complement needle rollers provide high radial load capacity, which is efficient for bearing heavy loads in compact spaces. Black oxide finish gives better corrosion resistance on external surfaces. The outer ring is designed with a heavy section to minimize deformation under high pressure and withstand the stress of rolling directly on various track surfaces. Material: High-strength Chrome Steel (AISI 52100) with a 8620H Steel, induction-hardened at the roller path for wear resistance.
