The Nadella GP...M is a robust, high-precision linear guide rail designed for demanding industrial linear motion applications. It is a core component of Nadella's "Heavy Line GP System" and works in conjunction with guide rollers to enable smooth, accurate movement under medium to heavy loads. Provides a hardened track surface for compatible guide rollers to facilitate linear movement. Material : It is made from solid bearing steel, which is induction hardened on all four raceway surfaces. Features are : High Precision Finish, High Dynamic Performance, Fixed and Floating Bearings, Corrosion Resistance, Long stroke capability, Tolerance for contaminants, Medium to heavy load capacity, High Speeds & Acceleration, Durability and Wear Resistance, Ease of Assembly. Applications : Material Handling Systems, Robotics and automation, Packaging machinery, Machine tools, Woodworking machines, Steel Fabrication and Metal Stamping, Electro-medical Machines, Printing Machines. M : The raceway surfaces (the four hardened running surfaces) are finished by tangential grinding.
