Details

The FCFE is a heavy-duty, stud-type flanged track roller bearing. It features an eccentric stud configuration, a flanged outside diameter, and precision ball bearing inserts designed to handle both radial and thrust loads. Unlike standard cam followers that utilize needle rollers for purely radial loads, the series uses a double-row precision ball bearing insert. This specific geometry allows the bearing to comfortably absorb thrust loads generated when the side flange comes into contact with a guide rail or structural track. Material : Constructed from through-hardened 52100 carbon chrome steel finished with a corrosion-resistant black oxide coating.
