Details

The CCF bearing is a crowned stud-type cam follower needle roller bearing. It features a thick-walled outer ring designed to withstand extreme radial track loads while mitigating edge stresses caused by slight angular misalignments. The bearing utilizes a cageless internal design filled entirely with high-carbon chromium steel needle rollers. Eliminating a cage maximizes the total surface contact area, providing exceptional resistance to shock loading and structural deflection. Features a standard screwdriver slot on the front flange face to hold the stud stationary during tightening. Material : 52100 high-carbon bearing steel treated with a corrosion-resistant black oxide finish.
