Details

The BCCYR is a heavy-duty crowned cam yoke roller bearing. It is engineered as a yoke-mounted track roller designed to handle high radial loads and cushion shock impacts in automated machinery. Bushing-type or variant profile of the classic CCYR series (Crowned Cam Yoke Roller). This profile alters the contact area to prevent damaging stress concentrations at the edges if minor angular misalignment exists between the roller and the track. It is instead designed to be mounted directly onto a pin, bolt, or shaft supported at both ends, providing substantially higher rigidity than a single cantilevered stud. This maximizes the internal contact surface area to support massive radial load thresholds. Material: High-carbon chrome steel, black-oxide treated bearing steel. Features are : Thick-Walled Outer Ring, Low-Friction Operation, Broad Temperature Range, Integrated Re-Lubrication System.
