The RANL bearing is a single-row, full-complement needle roller track roller. It is engineered primarily for compact industrial guiding systems and cam drives, functioning without an integrated inner ring. Mounts directly onto a ground and hardened shaft or pin. This design saves critical radial space in compact assemblies. A retaining cage, maximizing the number of needle rollers packed inside. This layout provides exceptionally high radial load capacity for its miniature footprint. The outer diameter profile is slightly crowned or spherical. This prevents edge stress if the bearing undergoes angular misalignment during operation. Material : It is made of through-hardened high-carbon chromium steel (GCr15/AISI 52100) to provide extreme wear resistance.
