The FCB bearing is a drawn cup roller clutch known for its compact size, high torque capacity, and effectiveness in one-way rotation applications. It is a full-complement needle roller bearing that provides accurate operation with low overrunning friction torque. The FCB series is designed with a thin-walled, drawn outer ring (cup) that serves as the outer raceway. It utilizes a full complement of needle rollers, which guarantees high load capacity and rigidity. The assembly incorporates a clutch mechanism, allowing movement in only one direction and locking in the other. This makes it a one-way clutch, indexing clutch, or back-stopping clutch. Material : Typically made from alloy steel, specifically SUJ 2 grade bearing steel. This material provides the hardness (58-64 HRC) required to withstand high stresses.
