The Nadella ATF8-148B is a high-performance airframe control needle roller bearing designed for safety-critical aerospace and defense systems. The bearing is a pre-assembled, integral unit consisting of an extra-thick outer ring, an inner ring, a full complement of needle rollers, and end washers. Material : Typically crafted from high-carbon AISI 52100 alloy steel, hardened to a minimum of 58–64 HRC for maximum fatigue resistance. Features are : Full Complement Architecture, Internal Thrust Washers, Crowned Profile Optimization, Lubrication & Maintenance, Non-Separable Unit, Self-Lubricating Washers.
