Details
The Nadella LML series s a specific linear motion bearing designed to allow precise, backlash-free linear movement along a shaft. It is a component of Nadella's LML linear guide system, intended for applications with light to medium loads where compact dimensions and economy are important. Linear motion ball bearing (specifically using four revolving ball tracks). It's a key component within the LML linear guide system which often uses guide rollers or ball tracks, depending on the exact design. Enables smooth, linear movement and is capable of absorbing high radial forces. Material: The rolling elements are made of hardened and ground bearing steel, housed in a polymer retainer, with the mating guide rail being extruded and anodized aluminum with pressed-in steel shafts. Features four internal revolving ball tracks held in place by a polymer housing. The design is typically long, which is ideal for use under torque loads. Features are : Backlash-free movement, High radial load absorption, Smooth and low-noise operation, Sealed on both sides, Integrated lubrication system. Applications : Automation and Robotics, Medical and Food Engineering, Packaging Machinery, Printing Machinery, Woodworking Machinery.
