Details
The McGill MI568G is an industrial, precision-engineered inner ring designed specifically for use with McGill's high-capacity, machined-race needle roller bearings in yoke-type (straddle) mounting configurations. It is not a complete bearing assembly on its own. This bearing inner ring is to provide a hardened and ground raceway surface for the needle rollers when the machine shaft itself cannot be induction-hardened or precisely ground for direct contact with the rolling elements. This design allows for greater flexibility in machine design and application. Material : Made from 52100 bearing quality steel. Features are : Lubrication System, Heat Treatment, High Load Handling Capability, Enhanced Misalignment Tolerance, Ease of Assembly. Applications : Automotive Power Transmission Systems, Steel production and rolling mills, Construction and agricultural machinery, Conveyor systems and material handling equipment, Machine Tools and Automation.
