Details
The McGill MI series inner races is a hardened and precision-ground steel ring designed to serve as the inner raceway for needle roller bearings, specifically in applications where the shaft cannot be heat-treated to the necessary hardness or finish. Materials : High-quality 52100 bearing quality chrome steel. This is an optimal solution when the shaft material or design prevents direct hardening and grinding of the shaft surface itself. The MI series inner rings are designed to be fully compatible with McGill's Cagerol and Guiderol needle bearings, providing flexibility in application design. Features are : Corrosion Inhibition, Separable Design, Precision Tolerances. Applications : Automotive and Transportation Systems, Pumps and Compressors, Printing Machinery, Machine Tools, Conveyor Systems, Agricultural Equipment.
