Details

The CYR series by McGill (CAMROL) are yoke (shaft-mounted) cam followers / track rollers - i.e. they do not have a stud; instead, they mount on a shaft / journal (yoke style). Because they are yoke style (shaft mounted), they allow support from both sides (less deflection vs stud type in some setups). Open versions have lower friction (no seal drag) and simpler design. The built-in lubrication groove and oil hole facilitate greasing even in open designs. Suitable for applications where covers, shields or external protection can be provided.
