BCF-S SERIES BUSHING TYPE is a non-metallic bushing replaces rollers and provides load support and a sliding motion that eliminates or reduces need for bearing lubrication. BCF stands for Bushing Cam Follower—i.e. instead of needle rollers, this type uses a non-metallic bearing bushing internally. The suffix S indicates that it is a sealed version, using LUBRI-DISC® seals on the ends to retain lubricant and prevent contamination. These are stud-mount cam followers, meaning they mount via a stud (threaded stem) into a housing or fixture (rather than yoke / shaft mounting).
