Details

B = Bushing (the internal bearing element is a non-metallic bushing, not needle rollers), CCF = Crowned Cam Follower (i.e. the outer roller / contact surface is crowned, not perfectly cylindrical). SB = Sealed, with LUBRI-DISC or similar dual seals; “B” often indicates a hex (broached) hole in the stud head for installation / removal. The bushing interior avoids roller / needle bearing maintenance and reduces complexity. The sealed design ensures better protection against dirt / contaminants, helping life under harsh conditions. The crowned OD reduces edge loading, improving uniform wear and tolerating slight misalignments. Hex head makes installation / removal easier in assemblies.
