These bearing is a flexible coupling insert made of Hytrel (a thermoplastic elastomer) designed for use with 900 Series coupling hubs. It acts as a heavy-duty, one-piece cushion that prevents metal-to-metal contact between coupling halves, effectively dampening vibration and providing electrical insulation. The single-piece design ensures the insert remains stable within the coupling. It allows for rapid replacement without having to remove or reposition the coupling hubs on the shafts.
