(Series KKLK Cage Strips Filled With Balls) Linear ball cages of series KKLK are pure plastic cage tapes which were mostly taken from thestandard range (roller bearing cages) for the linear area. The cage tapes are made in metre lengthsand are specially made by a separate tempering process for linear applications in greater lengths.Ball cages of series KKLK have ball pockets with ball guides and supports. They are offered includingthe balls, in metre lengths or ready to install. The standard balls for filled linear ball cages are madeaccording to DIN 5401 / Grade 15 (Class 2) of 100 Cr6 material.
